Product Overview

The SDS6000 Pro can measure over 60 parameters, including horizontal, vertical, inter channel delay, and mixed measurement.
The parameter statistics function can display five measurement values of any parameter: current value, average value, minimum value, maximum value, and standard deviation; It can simultaneously measure and statistically analyze 12 different parameters. Histogram statistics can visually display the probability distribution of parameters; The trend chart can reflect the variation pattern of parameters over time.
In addition, for measurements in the horizontal direction (such as period, pulse width, etc.), the traditional method of only obtaining one measurement value per frame is abandoned. All specified horizontal measurement values in a frame are calculated and included in the statistics, greatly improving testing efficiency.
