The AFG-2100/2000 series arbitrary waveform signal generator is based on DDS technology and covers sine wave, square wave, triangular wave, noise wave, and arbitrary waveform with a sampling rate of 20MSa/s. The resolution of 0.1 Hz and the adjustable duty cycle function of 1%~99% square wave (pulse wave) greatly expand its application range.
The AFG-2100/2000 series includes six models, with three frequency bands of 5MHz/12MHz/25MHz. In addition, the AFG-2100 series also provides AM/FM/FSK modulation, scanning, and frequency counter functions. The fully digital operation design is adopted for parameter setting, with a 3.5 '' three color LCD display, which can clearly display the set parameter content. The entire series is equipped with a USB Device interface, allowing users to not only remotely control, but also import waveform data from a PC.
Built-in arbitrary wave function
The AFG-2100/2000 series provides arbitrary wave editing capabilities with a sampling rate of 20MSa/s, a 10-bit vertical resolution, and a recording length of 4k points. Users can perform arbitrary wave editing through panel settings or using proprietary waveform editing software.
Amplitude and DC bias display function
In addition to setting parameters, AFG-2100/2000 also displays voltage amplitude and DC bias reading values on the LCD screen. Three amplitude units, Vpp, Vrms, and dBm, are available for user selection and replacement.
Wide square wave adjustable duty ratio
The square wave duty ratio provided by the AFG-2100/2000 series can be set between 1% and 99%. With this function, the pulse waveform can be simulated as a sudden wave or transient signal.
AM/FM/FSK, Sweep, Counter functions (AFG-2100 series only)
The AFG-2100 series has built-in AM/FM/FSK modulation modes, waveform scanning, and frequency counter functions. The frequency counting function of 150MHz saves the cost of purchasing additional counters.
Fully digital key design
The full digital key design of the AFG-2100/2000 series improves the uncertainty of traditional signal generator settings and significantly increases the accuracy of waveform output. The 3.5 '' LCD screen allows users to observe changes in parameters during adjustment.
Exclusive arbitrary wave editing software
AFG-2100/2000 provides a free set of arbitrary wave editing software. After completing the required waveform editing on a PC, the data can be loaded into AFG-2100/2000 for output through a USB interface.
