MSO5000HD Series
The MSO5000HD is a high-resolution oscilloscope that integrates 4 signal channels, a 16-channel logic analyzer, and a 2-channel arbitrary waveform generator. Equipped with R12™ 12-bit resolution ADC, it can enhance resolution to 16-bit through ERES (enhanced resolution). It features a maximum sampling rate of 5 GSa/s, a memory depth of 500 Mpts, and a waveform capture rate of 1,500,000 wfms/s, ensuring high-quality waveform analysis. The MSO5000HD supports 15 types of trigger events and 15 types of protocol data, and it can be remotely controlled via a WebServer. It is suitable for various testing and analysis tasks in fields such as medical, low-power devices, integrated circuits, high-precision power supplies, electricity, and automotive electronics.
