The PEL-3000E series newly launched by Guwei Electronics is a programmable single channel electronic load, and the PEL-3031E provides a voltage/current/resistance/power suction capacity of 300W (1V~150V/60A). Inheriting the LCD panel and operation interface of the PEL-3000 series, the operation is simple and visually clear. This is a high-speed and accurate measurement and testing machine provided by Guwei for the application needs of low-power electronic components, batteries, mobile power supplies, and power supply products.
The PEL-3000E series is suitable for current suction and measurement applications above 60mA, including charger/adapter, various power supply units, and portable charging devices for measurement applications.
PEL-3000E provides seven operating modes and three action functions, which are four basic operating modes: constant current, constant voltage, constant resistance, and constant power. In addition, constant current+constant voltage, constant resistance+constant voltage, and constant power+constant voltage modes are available. Users can choose different operating modes according to the product's needs before selecting their action mode; And the three action functions are static function, dynamic function, and sequence function, which can be used in testing scenarios where there is a fixed load suction condition, switching between two suction conditions, and switching between two or more suction conditions, respectively.
The Sequence function allows users to set complex load suction conditions. Users can set different suction conditions and times in sequence to establish a series of suction conditions, and execute them sequentially according to the set conditions. For example, simulation testing of electric tools. Using an oscilloscope and a current probe to measure and record the current waveform during the operation of the electric tool, a simulated current waveform is generated through the electronic load sequence parameter setting, for engineering personnel to analyze whether the provided power supply device can operate normally for the electric tool.
The Soft start function allows users to decide how long it takes to reach the voltage/current/resistance/power suction value set by the electronic load. General DC loads do not have a Soft start function. When controlling high-speed suction current, due to the inductance effect of the external load line, an instantaneous voltage drop is generated at the input end of the electronic load, resulting in a non monotonic increase in output voltage Through the soft start function of PEL-3000E, not only can the output voltage meet the Monotonic increase, but also the generation of inrush current and large voltage at the tested object end can be avoided. For example, using power supply+LED+DC load (Start Soft Start) can avoid causing damage to LEDs due to inrush current and large voltage.
The UVP low input voltage protection function can be applied to battery discharge testing. When the working voltage of the battery is lower than the set value of UVP, it stops discharging the battery to protect it. CutOff Time allows users to preset the suction time, and when the time is up, the suction is stopped. In addition, the PEL-3000E series provides Analog Control terminals. For users to use external voltage, external resistance, switch control PEL-3000E, and can also monitor electronic load suction status and alarms from the Analog Control terminal.
