A powerful pulse generator generates pulses with a repetition rate of up to 12.5 MHz/25 MHz; The pulse width can be set to 15 ns to 999 s, with a resolution of 5 ns. The rise/fall time is optional within the range of 8 ns to 500 ns, which is very useful for measuring the input hysteresis of semiconductor devices. It is easy to create any waveform using computer software. You can use the USB port on the front panel to load the stored waveforms, or use the HMExplorer free software (available for download) to import the stored waveforms
