The S series oscilloscope uses excellent time base, front-end and ADC technology modules to create a test platform with outstanding performance, which has the advantages of up to 16 bits of resolution, low noise, low jitter, and high significant bit (ENOB), allowing you to gain insight into the real performance of the device.
